Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery.

We ship worldwide using Omniva, Estonia’s reliable local postal service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.


Delivery times vary depending on your location, but international shipping typically takes between 7–21 business days.


Every package is handled with care to make sure your custom engraved item reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made and approved by the client before engraving, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Each piece is personalized specifically for you, and we take great care to ensure accuracy and quality at every step.


If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will either redo the product or provide a full refund for the affected item.


Please note that returns due to change of mind or incorrect design approval cannot be accepted once the engraving process has started.


Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your order, and we’ll do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.
